Candidate Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, truthful, and updated personal and professional details.
• Ensure all documents (resume, certificates, IDs, etc.) are genuine.
• Understand that we do not guarantee employment, salary level, or job duration.
• You are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of job postings before proceeding.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide clear, lawful, and accurate job descriptions or project requirements.
• You may not post misleading, fraudulent, offensive, or discriminatory content.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor, employment, and data protection laws.
• Avoid discrimination on the basis of caste, religion, gender, age, disability, or other protected categories.
• You are solely responsible for the hiring process and communication with candidates.

Platform & Consulting Services Disclaimer

• Advice, reports, or recommendations provided by us are based on professional judgment but do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Decisions taken based on our advice are at your own risk.
• We act only as a neutral platform connecting employers and candidates.
• We do not guarantee job offers, candidate selection, or employment outcomes.
• We are not responsible for any misrepresentation, fraud, or disputes between employers and candidates (in any case/situation).

Free Services

• Job postings and applications are provided free of cost to employers and candidates.
• We don’t charge any fees to employers for posting jobs, or to Candidates for applying to jobs/positions/roles.
• We don’t charge any fees to candidate for applying to all (except Specific Demand) jobs/positions/roles posted on our Job/Placement page.

Payments & Refunds

• Fees must be paid only in accordance with our specific agreed proposal, quotation, or contract.
• We charge the employer based on the number of candidates who applied/interviewed for their job post/role/position.
• Charges for Employer may vary as per discussion/demand/contract/proposal/etc.
• The enrollment nominal ( < 999) fee applies to each candidate yearly. To filter out fraudulent, time-pass, misleading, harmful, offensive, etc. kinds of people/candidates.
• Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees are non-refundable.
• Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of services or loss of services/opportunities.

Data Protection, Usage & Privacy

• We collect, store, and process your personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
• Information submitted by users (job details, resumes, applications) will only be used for recruitment purposes.
• We do not sell or misuse your data. Please review our [Privacy Policy] for full details.
• You agree not to misuse our candidate database or confidential information.
• For international clients, we take reasonable steps to comply with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).

Intellectual Property

• All website content, reports, templates, and materials are owned by Go First Solution.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written consent.

Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Use our services for unlawful purposes.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Copy, scrape, or resell our candidate data or job listings.
• Send spam, malware, or harmful content via our platform.
• Post jobs or applications that involve illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
• Engage in spam, harassment, or collection of personal data without consent.
• Impersonate another individual, company, or misrepresent your identity.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Losses from employment offers, contracts, or terminations.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or disputes resulting from use of this platform.
• Users are encouraged to exercise caution and due diligence before entering into any employment agreement.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
